Can you describe the difference in your main kits? We offer four different sizes of our monthly main kit:
I just signed up as a Simply Cardstock member - what happens next? Once your membership is activated, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. Please take time to review this infomation and contact us immediately at info@simplycardstock.com should you notice any errors. Your membership will begin with the current month's main kit, unless we are sold out. If we are sold out your membership will begin with the following month's main kit.
How long does my membership last? How do I cancel a membership? Simply Cardstock is a no-commitment club. Memberships are open-ended and can be cancelled anytime after receiving your first shipment. If you decide to cancel your membership for any reason, simply e-mail us at info@simplycardstock.com by the 10th of the month to make your request. Membership cancellations received after the 10th of the month will be processed the following month.
Are there any benefits of maintaining a membership with Simply Cardstock? Absolutely! If you continue your Simply Cardstock membership - with every 7th shipment you will receive a FREE grab bag of Bazzill cardstock! These grab bags will mirror the type of kit you receive - and will include assorted colors, but at least two sheets per color:
Another membership benefit is that you are able to SWAP OUT cardstock in your monthly main kit each month and replace it with cardstock from OUR STORE. Any time you aren't in need of a color featured in our monthly main kit - all you have to do is visit our store and select replacement cardstock from our over 400 selections!! The only limitation is that all swap out/in selections must be comparable to the size/amount of cardstock included in your current monthly kit membership (i.e., Strictly 8.5x11 members may only swap kit colors for other 8.5x11 cardstock, and so on). All swap out/in requests must be placed by the 10th of each month.
DIRECTIONS FOR SWAP OUT/SWAP IN PROCESS: Once you decide which colors you would like swapped out/in, just visit our store and add your replacement cardstock to your cart, then select "Money Order" as your payment type (so no credit card info need be provided) and lastly, list the main kit colors you are swapping OUT in the comments section of the check-out page. We'll take care of the rest - and will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know we received your swap requests.
What kind of cardstock is included in Simply Cardstock kits? Every month we will feature 12 different colors of cardstock. Bazzill Basics cardstock will be the staple in our monthly selections and will be featured every month and will make up the bulk of the selection of our monthly main kit. On occasion we will also incorporate other high-quality, textured cardstocks, including Prism.
Can you explain how Simply Cardstock matches other kit clubs? No problem! We have partnered with some of our favorite kit clubs:
Every month our main kit includes cardstock colors that match the paper lines featured in these three kit clubs. The Simply Cardstock main kit includes cardstock colors that are not featured by the other kit clubs - so members of these clubs will be expanding design options as our colors will cordinate without duplicating. Notations are made - on our site as well as included with the main kit swatch sheet - to indicate which Simply Cardstock main kit colors match each club.
How much do you charge for shipping? Do you charge sales tax?
How do I update my shipping/billing information? Simply contact us at info@simplycardstock.com and let us know about your updated information - we'll take care of the rest. You can also leave questions/comments for us securely through our e-mail as well.
When will my credit card be billed each month? When do the main kits ship out? Members are billed on the 16th of each month. If you sign up for a membership after the 16th your credit card will be billed and your kit will ship within 48 hours. Our monthly main kits ship out on the 21st of each month (or the first business day thereafter).
How do I add an item from the store to my monthly kit shipment? If you see something in our store you would like to add to your monthly kit shipment just place your order by the 10th of the month. When checking out simply select the "ship with my next monthly kit" option. We will add these items to your kit shipment on the 21st - and NO ADDITIONAL shipping charges will be added (Domestic customers only - International customers will pay actual shipping). If you would like your additional items shipped immediately just select "ship immediately" when checking out. Actual shipping charges will apply and your order will ship within 48 hours.
Can I skip a monthly main kit and still maintain my memberhsip? We understand that our members may not want to receive every monthly shipment due to personal tastes and financial considerations. Members can skip any given month by contacting us by the 10th of the month with your request to skip that month's kit. You can contact us via e-mail at info@simplycardstock.com - and you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know we received your skip request.
Where can I find layout and project ideas for the monthly main kits? You can visit our *Kit Ideas* page for more ideas and inspiration when using your kit. Our Blog is updated regularly with ideas submitted by our members and guest designers. We will also send out ideas and techniques in our monthly newsletters. You can sign up to receive our newsletters at the bottom of our Home Page.
Do I have to be a Simply Cardstock member to purchase from your Store? No. You do not have to have a membership with our club in order to purchase products from our Store. You may purchase any of our products, or past kits (depending on availability), by simply adding them to your cart and checking out. No member is necessary!
What is your privacy policy? Simply Cardstock takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose any personal information to outside sources. All personal information collected from you, including payment information, will be used for Simply Cardstock business only and is protected using secure encryption technology. We do not share, rent or sell your information with anyone.
